TRAVELING SPAW LLC POLICY

  •  Grooming services are available by appointment only on these days at this time –                                                                 Tuesday through Thursdays from 8 am until 5 pm.
  •   I strongly encourage you to book your next appointment at each grooming appointment to ensure availability.
  •   I will call you to confirm your grooming appointment the day before. If you think you have a grooming appointment and  do not hear from us to confirm by 6:30 pm the day before, please call me! Something may be wrong in one of my  schedule books.
  •   A fee of $25 will be charged for a missed appointment. This fee will be collected before we will reschedule your next grooming appointment.  If you need to cancel a grooming appointment you may use our voicemail 24 hours a day.    (This is due to appointments not being able to be filled as in a shop)
  •   We will not demat a pet that is badly matted and has not been properly maintained.  I believe that extreme dematting is inhumane treatment for your four legged buddy.  In this case, I will strip/shave down your pet it will be close to the skin but if possible I will try to preserve any parts of the coat where possible while making your pet more comfortable and as attractive as possible.  A stripping release is required for this procedure.
  •  We reserve the right to refuse to provide grooming service to any pet that has behavioral issues that may affect your pet’s safety and mine.  I will put them first overall.
  • If you are not happy with my services for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact me to see how I can resolve it to the best of my ability.  I do not refund money for a grooming service that can be corrected.
  • Payment of services is expected at the completion of your coming service. I accept cash or checks payable to Traveling SPAW.
  • Returned checks are charged the banks return fee.
  •  Prices are subject to change, when it does Iwill notify.
